The club owes a big thank you to Ed Williams and his faithful team of barbecue stalwarts for their efforts at this year’s Kilnsey Show. Over 600 hot dogs were sold to hungry customers raising much needed funds for the club. The Star of the Show award once again goes to Ian Nichol’s granddaughter Kate, ably assisted by her dad Steve. Grateful thanks too to Jim Mason, the invisible helper; without him it wouldn’t happen! Storm Lilian caused considerable problems at our club early on Friday morning. Here are a few photographs of the results of the storm: –
