a) Player registration – All mini and junior players are required to be registered within the RFU’s Game Management System (GMS). The parent/guardian of each player should log into their personal GMS account, follow the link across to their child’s account and register him/her to play at Wharfedale RUFC. The self-registration system for senior players for 2026-27 is now available. All existing senior players plus the U18 age group players from last season will need to self-register if they wish to continue playing for our club in the new season.
The process is as follows: –
Go to https://gms.rfu.com/GMS/Dashboard/Organisation/457475
Click on Login
Enter your e-mail address
Enter your password (if you have forgotten it then click on Forgot Password? and follow things through)
Once into your GMS account check/amend your details, verify your e-mail address if you have not already done so,.
Click on Register and check/complete …
