Named after its sponsor and referring to the club’s historical links, the Foresters are regular champions of the Northern National 2nd XV League. An important stepping stone for those who are considered talented enough to play 1st team rugby.

This team offers up and coming players the opportunity to get their first taste of senior rugby, where young players are joined by older club players with the goal ensuring the right balance when playing in the local Cup and Yorkshire 1 Merit League.

Mick Greenwood’s men have fixtures every week looking to play for all the right reasons. They always enjoy their day, playing old friends and pals all over Yorkshire and further, week in week out.
